The elegant and welcoming residential complex consists of buildings arranged around a large swimming pool, surrounded by well-kept gardens and connected by pedestrian paths. The apartments, distributed over two floors — some entirely on one level — are spacious and furnished in a simple, functional style. All units feature air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and a balcony, patio, or garden furnished with table and chairs. Some apartments are arranged on two levels, with the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the first floor.

Guests have access to an adult and children's swimming pool, unguarded private parking (subject to availability), a shared barbecue area, and a reception service located in Porto Ottiolu's main square. Cots and high chairs for small children are available on request.

Final cleaning is also mandatory and payable on site: €80 for one-bedroom apartments (4 people), €100 for two-bedroom apartments, and €120 for three-bedroom apartments. Small pets (up to 15 kg) are allowed for an additional mandatory fee of €70 for sanitation.
