The 90 square metre flat is lovingly furnished with traditional Swiss stone pine furniture and has a large sun terrace. Our 2 bedrooms offer enough space for up to 5 people. 2 additional guests can sleep on our high-quality sofa bed (with slatted frame) in the living room. The flat is therefore perfect for a family holiday or a break with friends. The domicile is located in a quiet residential area, so relaxation starts right outside the front door. Relax on the large terrace, which spoils you with a breathtaking panoramic view. Enjoy your excursions and leisure activities in the ENGADIN. We provide you with Nordic walking poles free of charge. So you can get to know the incredibly beautiful nature. With the free WLAN access (download 100 Mbit/s, upload 50 Mbit/s) you are always up to date and online. Your car is safely parked in the underground car park. This connects to the neighbouring house (where we rent out another 3-room flat for 4-6 people). Only licensed parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the house. We offer a second covered car park on request. The bus stop and RHB stop "Surovas" are not far away. You can shop and dine in the small town of Pontresina, 800 metres away. Just a few kilometres away is the ski area (season from Nov. - May) with fantastic pistes and fabulous snow conditions. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz.
